Series of the Week: "Don't Stop The Music"

I love iTunes and Pandora, but nothing beats live music.  No, not the staged, vocal 'assisted' mega pop singers, but the real thing from talented artists.  The Great Lake and Upper South regions are rich with music history and are the current home for countless talented solo singers, groups, and DJs (yes).   From Toronto to Saint Louis, from Minneapolis to the hills of West Virginia, one can sample a range of music from rap, classical, country, folk, techno, and punk (sometimes even on the same block!).   Try out the following places to learn more about our music heritage and sample the future.

If you would like to contribute to this series contact me at rmaihoferii@gmail.com. Include your name, the establishment, a short description, and a photo if you have one.
