No one can travel I-94 between Chicago and Detroit without seeing at least one billboard for the AirZoo. Once housed in two separate buildings (it was a pain to travel between the two), the entire collection is now housed in about three connected buildings. The main building contains the largest aircraft in the collection, a small quick-serve restaurant (with off hours) and the special exhibit area. Also in the main building are a number of optional rides that give this section a carnival feel. The section building is packed with smaller aircraft looking as fresh as the day they rolled into the museum. The final section is all inherited exhibits from a no-closed space museum near Jackson. While a little dated, it is still fun.
