Destination of the Week: Shipshewana & LaGrange/Steuben Counties Region, IN-Angola

Destination of the Week: Shipshewana & LaGrange/Steuben Counties Region, IN-Angola

Angola’s location, off of I-65 between Lansing and Fort Wayne, give it that middle of no-where, in the middle of everywhere feel.  The town itself is not the most GLCTer tourist friendly with many attractions closed to visitors or with very limited hours.  North of the city is Pokagon State Park with its access to Lake James.  A number of other lakes are west of the city, some with public access.
