The third jewel of the Museum Campus is Shedd Aquarium. Cited as one of the largest aquariums in the world, be prepared for lots of awwws and ahhhs. Exhibits include jellyfish, an Amazon collection, a Waters of the World area, and a section on the Great Lakes. A 4D theatre, at an extra cost, gives an explorer a break and some fun. Like the Field, Shedd has two restaurants with one offering table service while the other is more cafeteria style. A downside is that the base ticket does not cover the entire aquarium.
