Destination of the Week: Chicago-Downtown (North Loop), IL- Chicago Water Tower/City Gallery in the Historic Water Tower

Not to be confused with the shopping center with nearly the same name, the Chicago Water Tower and nearby Pumping Station survived the Great Chicago Fire. Today, the Water Tower has been transformed to a small gallery with rotating exhibits. The entrance is VERY easy to miss so be on the lookout for street signs. The Pumping Station houses a visitors center and theatre.

Address:
806 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611
