University of Illinois at Chicago’s Gallery 400 is the smallest university art museum in Chicago.  Located in an older building off from the main pedestrian areas, it can be a bit of a challenge to find.   The museum tends to lean toward contemporary art.  Check prior to visiting since there is only one gallery.
